What You’ll Do:
• Educate and advise customers on auto, home, life, and other insurance products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on quotes and policy changes
• Meet and exceed sales goals while representing the State Farm brand with integrity
What We’re Looking For:
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Competitive spirit and resilience (sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training)
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licensed preferred (we will sponsor and support licensing though for right candidates)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
